All UK 🇬🇧, EU 🇪🇺 and USA 🇺🇸 orders are delivered for FREE within 5-10 business days using trusted, locally based service providers.
Important note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on order volumes and sometimes custom delays. Please read the information below carefully.
International Duties, Taxes and Customs Policy
Custom Fees & Fulfilment Locations
Our partners have fulfilment centres in the UK, EU and USA. While we strive to ship from the nearest location, stock availability may require your order to be fulfilled elsewhere. If your product is shipped from outside your region (e.g., from the UK to the EU or vice versa), additional customs fees may apply, which are your responsibility as a customer.
International Duties and Taxes
When shopping with CarbonWhat? Apparel, please keep in mind that local duties and taxes are not included at checkout. These charges need to be paid separately before your delivery is released. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover any duties, taxes, or additional charges that might arise during shipping from outside your region.
Customer Responsibility for Customs and Import Taxes
As a valued customer, please note that you will be responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in your country. These charges vary depending on your location and local regulations, so we are unable to predict or control them. If you choose not to pay these fees, the delivery will be returned to us. In line with our refund policy, we are unable to offer a refund in such cases. However, we can assist with reshipping the item, but you will need to cover the additional reshipping and any applicable customs fees.
Customs Delays
We want your order to reach you as quickly as possible! However, please be aware that we are not responsible for any shipping delays that might occur due to customs processing. Thank you for your understanding.

Returns and Refund Policy
At CarbonWhat? Apparel, your satisfaction is our priority. As our products are printed on demand, we’ve outlined our return and refund policy to ensure clarity.
Order Issues
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us at eco@carbonwhat.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the product and any defects.
We will investigate and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Products
We are here to make sure you love your custom-made items! Because each piece is made just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizes or colours ordered (please double-check our size guide before purchasing).
If you are unsure about sizing or have any questions about our products, we would be happy to help! Just drop us a message at eco@carbonwhat.co.uk before placing your order.
Refunds
We are here to make sure you have the best experience possible! Refunds are available in these cases:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective.
- You receive the wrong product.
- Your order is lost due to a fulfilment issue.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the processing to be completed. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out, we are happy to help!
Returns
Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items. Items must be in their original condition and unused. For eligible returns, we will guide you through the next steps to make it right.
Shipping Issues
To ensure a smooth and speedy delivery, please double-check that all your shipping details are correct when placing your order. We are here to help, but we cannot be responsible for delays or missing items due to incorrect information.
If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance, they will be able to help you track it down. If you still face issues, we will be happier to assist you further by contacting us at: eco@carbonwhat.co.uk
Wrong Address: If the address provided is incomplete or incorrect, your shipment will be returned to us. Once we have the correct address, we will be happy to reship your order, but the reshipping costs will need to be covered by you.
Unclaimed Packages: If your package is unclaimed and returned to us, we will need to charge for reshipping once we confirm your updated details.
Out of Stock Items
If any items in your order are out of stock with our suppliers, we will notify you immediately after placing your order.
Here are your options if a product is out of stock:
1. Switch to an Alternative Product
If you would like to choose a different product, please contact us at eco@carbonwhat.co.uk, and we will help you update your order.
2. Wait for the Product to Restock
You can choose to wait until the product is back in stock. While we cannot guarantee a specific timeframe, we will keep you updated on availability.
3. Cancel the Order
If neither of the above options works for you, we can cancel your order and issue a full refund for the affected item(s).

Cancellations
